Opening Event, Conference & Professional Programme (16—19 June)
On Thursday 16 June, we properly kick off FIBER Festival 2022 at the wonderful Likeminds. Join us this evening to raise a glass and enjoy a couple of performances and music.
Also our talk sessions and professional portion of the festival will take place at Likeminds. Most of the time, this staple Amsterdam-Noord venue is a space for artists to channel the city through performance, and a community focused on developing young talent but from the 16th to the 19th of June FIBER will take over Likeminds for the Conference and our Professional programme.

Music & Performance (17—18 June )
New to Noord, MACA welcomes filmmakers and audiovisual artists to a creative workspace to collaborate, network, and create. We’re excited to host our AV performances at this up and coming hub on the 17th and 18th of June!

Dokzaal
Exhibition (8—19 June)
Located in the center of Amsterdam, the dynamic and spacious Dokzaal has transformed itself into various forms; from being a church hall to a gymnasium and finally a meeting area. Throughout our festival, it will be transformed into our exhibition space where we can comfortably welcome all guests and present artists’ works to their fullest glory.

Our exhibition, Mutation will take place at Dokzaal.

murmur
Closing Night (19 June)
murmur is a listening bar, arts space and beautiful venue based in Amsterdam Noord’s eclectic Gedempt Hamerkanaal area. Basically, the ideal location for you to experience a listening session of the highest degree. Join us here to soak in the great atmosphere and radical sounds on our closing night on 19th of June.

Garage Noord
Club Night (18 June)
Another Gedempt Hamerkanaal resident, Garage Noord is a car repair shop turned Amsterdam nightlife pillar. It’s an intimate space where you can dance from Friday to Monday, enjoy some Roti in between sets, or just pop by for a game of chess. Overcoming all challenges of the pandemic, their resilience has allowed us to open the doors for our guests who have energy to burn at the end of the week.

FIBER X The Rest is Noise (20 May)
Adjacent to Central Station, and overlooking the IJ is Muziekgebouw, the grand concert hall that hosts artists of countless genres, and the place in which we will be welcoming you to witness our audiovisual performances in The Rest is Noise. A prequel to the events taking place in June.
