Meuko! Meuko! presents '無形將軍 Invisible General' with visual by NONEYE (Live A/V)

Meuko! Meuko! is one of the brightest rising stars from East Asia and currently working on a new album for Plant Mu since releasing her much acclaimed album on Danse Noire. This solo project from experimental producer Pon has well earned its stripes in the electronic music scene with her ritualistic dance tracks. The A/V performance ‘無形將軍 INVISIBLE GENERAL ‘is a brand new show that she will present at FIBER Festival.

Together with NONEYE, linked to NAXS Corp., Meuko! Meuko! creates futuristic game-spaces which are the basis for their audiovisual performances. These computer graphic worlds blend the act of interactive gaming with live music performances, with which they offer otherworldly experiences to the audience. In all their work they incorporate elements from Taiwanese spiritual landscapes, techno-animism, the interaction between urban decay and flourishing greenery, and the disparity between tradition and future technology. It is a journey through a mutating cityscape, influenced by advanced technological developments and amalgamations between nature and culture.

<NONEYE> is a project initiated by Yi Kuo, co-founder and technical director of NAXS Corp. NAXS Corp. is a network embedded art collective based in Taiwan. The collective concentrates on the increasingly changing human experiences and explores the contrasting relation between posthuman myths and animist rituals.
