This was FIBER Festival 2022

The sixth edition of FIBER Festival is a fact! After a long period of adapting and rethinking, it was special to be able to present the whole scope of the festival. 

For four days, our visitors met Dutch and international makers and thinkers to collectively explore the second part of our theme, Mutation. The exhibition at Dokzaal was open for 12 days, and after that Amsterdam Noord became a sunny festival area with locations such as Likeminds, MACA, murmur and Garage Noord. From daily lectures to blazing DJ-sets in the early morning.

Thank you for attending our 2022 edition! We had an absolute blast and hope you did too. With our programme we aimed to tickle the mind and spark new thoughts and conversations about the much needed changing relationship between humans, non-humans and our planet. Using the nature of mutation as an artistic lens.

We danced, discussed, experienced, we were impressed, disturbed and addressed. More coverage of the festival will follow in the coming weeks, but today we are already sharing the photos and the full recording of the two conference days.

We thank all visitors, speakers, performing artists, DJs, session leaders and moderators for their unique contributions to this edition. Also a big thank you to the wonderful volunteers who made the festival possible. Without their time, care and energy, none of this would have been possible.
